The building, located Rond Point Schumann, in the area to Parisud Lieusaint will be independent and develop a total of 5580 sqm on a plot of 21,700 sqm, with a possible extension.
In this transaction, BNP Paribas Real Estate has advised Descours & Cabaud for search of land and construction turnkey "of its site.
